Granite AVI was contracted to install and commission upgrades to meeting rooms in remote offices nationwide. Working with the client we set out a plan to rollout the upgrades whilst minimizing disruption and downtime for onsite staff. We utilized devices across the Neat range including the Neat Pad, Neat Bar and Neat Bar Pro to create a standardized user friendly environment across all of the clients offices.
The project had a focus on sustainability and the user environment. Reusing existing infrastructure and displays where possible, we were able to prevent unnecessary waste being generated, reducing environmental impact. An additional feature of the Neat hardware is that it contains environmental sensors which monitor temperature, humidity and CO2 within the space. This allows the client to view and log selected parameters remotely and make changes to HVAC systems where necessary to ensure a safe working environment for staff and visitors.
